Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BlogVitals ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
Use BlogVitals fairly, don't try to break it, and don't use our reports in misleading ways. We'll do our best to keep the service running and accurate. Simple as that.
Use of the Service
BlogVitals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to analyse URLs you do not own or have permission to audit
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest results in bulk without written permission
- Misrepresent BlogVitals reports as your own proprietary research or tool output
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive our source code
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
Report Accuracy
BlogVitals reports are generated programmatically based on publicly accessible content at the time of the check. While we strive for accuracy, no automated SEO tool is infallible. Reports should be treated as guidance, not as a substitute for professional SEO advice.
We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in specific ranking improvements. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Accounts & Billing
Free checks do not require an account. Creating a free account unlocks full reports and saves them to your dashboard. Each saved report costs 1 credit. You receive 1 free credit on signup.
Credits
Credits are consumed at the rate of one credit per saved report. Credits are non-transferable, tied to your account, and never expire. If your credit balance reaches zero, you will be prompted to purchase a pack before additional reports can be saved.
Credit Packs
Additional credits are available for purchase in the following packs:
- Starter — 5 report credits
- Growth — 10 report credits
- Pro — 25 report credits
Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase on your dashboard. Prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. BlogVitals does not store or have access to your card details. Credits are added to your account automatically upon payment confirmation, typically within seconds. If credits do not appear within 5 minutes of a successful payment, contact us at hello@blogvitals.com with your receipt and we will resolve it promptly.
We never see or store your card details. All payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and subject to their security standards.
Refund Policy
If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date — no questions asked. Partially used packs are refunded on a pro-rata basis (unused credits only). To request a refund, email hello@blogvitals.com from the address associated with your account.
Refunds will not be issued for credits that have already been used to generate and save reports.
Intellectual Property
The BlogVitals name, logo, brand, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit for analysis.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll always update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
